In 1981, founder Justin Baldwin purchased 160 acres in Paso Robles. Rich in limestone, Justin’s soil is ideally suited to creating big, Bordeaux-style reds. Since its inception, Justin has expanded both their knowledge of viticulture in the region as well as their vineyard holdings.
