Founded in 1980 by Mariano García, Bodegas Mauro has been committed to excellence from the very beginning producing wines that are balanced and elegant that also assert the identity of each terroir and the attributes of the different varieties.  A new winery was built with a sleek design in 2004, and following several expansion periods, all the production processes from harvesting to bottling are now centralized at these facilities.
