Maverick Estate Winery sits in the Golden Mile Slopes of British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, nestled between Oliver and Osoyoos. Family owned and boutique in scale the winery focuses on slow and sustainable winemaking across four estate vineyards planted on warm south and east-facing slopes. They use minimal intervention methods including natural yeast fermentations and low sulfite additions to create a spectrum of wines from sparkling and whites to rosé reds and fortified styles.
